| Are you training for a military style race? Or maybe you fancy having a go at moving rapidly over land whilst carrying a weighted rucksack. |
| Held in small groups of two or three, we aim to cover a distance of 10 - 30 miles (depending on fitness levels) whilst carrying a rucksack weighing 7kg to 9kg (15lb to 20lb). |
| The details of the session will be customised according to fitness levels or requirements. |
| Due to risk of injury and fitness required to run with a pack, you must meet the following criteria |
- A high level of general fitness is required.
- You must be comfortable running 8 miles (at 8 minute mile pace).
- Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed during your application.
