Guided Walks & Runs - Stamford

Are you training for a military style race? Or maybe you fancy having a go at moving rapidly over land whilst carrying a weighted rucksack.
Held in small groups of two or three, we aim to cover a distance of 10 - 30 miles (depending on fitness levels) whilst carrying a rucksack weighing 7kg to 9kg (15lb to 20lb).
The details of the session will be customised according to fitness levels or requirements.
Due to risk of injury and fitness required to run with a pack, you must meet the following criteria
  • A high level of general fitness is required.
  • You must be comfortable running 8 miles (at 8 minute mile pace).
  • Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed during your application.
