Our Online Diet Plans
are ideal for those who are unable to attend weight management classes or employ a personal trainer.
All of our nutrition advice is based on government guidelines to provide a healthy balanced diet. After an informal chat we will provide you with a food & activity diary for you to fill in. We will then be able to provide you with sound dietary and activity advice based on this analysis. |
